- SB2255 - Utility Fees and Eviction Limitation (Currently in legislature and
*NEEDS SUPPORT ASAP-CLICK HERE). This bill would place a limit on the amount a landlord may charge
as an administrative fee for internal utility billing. Even more important is the Leff Amendment to
this bill which would prevent a landlord from evicting a park model owner without cause. (Gives park
model owners same eviction rights as manufactured home owners)
